CLINICAL PILATES

At SportsMed NQ we currently run 21 Clinical Pilates classes per week, over both of our practices, from beginners to Level 3. Clinical Pilates focuses on correct posture, core stability, balance, flexibility, strengthening and breathing.   • 1:1 Real Time Ultrasound AssessmentRTUS
  • Instructors are Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist
  • Knowledge & expertise to be flexible with interventions
  • Matwork or equipment based strengthening available
  • Private, semi-private or group class options
